  • A subscription based service allows us to better serve you without any conflict of interest. When we review products or services, it will be based on our experience and not because a company paid us.

    Your subscription supports us so that we can keep doing what we love, which is researching, developing and writing all of this wonderful material and creating this amazing parenting community.

  • Parents and homeschoolers. The content is especially geared towards parents and homeschoolers with children between the ages of 2 and 12 years old.

  • Yes. Simply log into your customer account, click “Account,” then click “Digital Products” or “Subscriptions.”

    From there, you can click the digital product you want to cancel. Select “Cancel Subscription,” then click “Cancel Subscription” again to confirm.

    You will receive a cancellation confirmation email for your records.

    Please note that when you cancel your subscription, your 6-month or annual payments will not renew. You will not be refunded or pro-rated for any time period remaining in your initial subscription.

  • When you subscribe, your subscription will automatically renew every 6 months or year, depending on what plan you picked.

  • If your product arrived damaged, go to our contact page to let us know so we can arrange for a new product to be sent to you.

  • Our goal is to make our services and products as affordable and budget-friendly as possible for families without any discounts. Think of it as a sale all the time.

    If you subscribe to the My Team Tangerine community, you receive 30% off digital files at our store and 10% off physical products. If you are a subscription member, you will receive emails regarding any additional discounts.

    If you are not a subscription member, please consider the benefits of becoming one here. If you are not interested in becoming a member, you can sign up for our E-newsletter, where you will be alerted of any new free resources and discounts.

  • We use Printify to provide all physical products. They then print and ship the products. Some of these products may be available internationally. Shipping costs may vary. This is what Printify says on their website about international shipping.

  • For our physical products like shirts, totes, etc, we use Printify. They are a print-on-demand company. Therefore, some of the products may vary slightly based on where they printed the item.

    For digital products, coloring can vary based on your computer monitor and your printer.

  • Usually, items are shipped within 2-7 business days.

    For digital downloads, you will receive them for immediate download after payment.

  • Yes, please send us a Friendly Advice letter for our vlog.

    Simply go to our contact page and send one to us. We will contact you if your friendly advice letter gets picked to be featured in one of our vlogs.

  • Your picture will be removed within 60 days of you ending your subscription. If you are currently a community member but no longer want your picture on the wall. Simply go to our contact page and let us know you want it removed. It can take up to 30 days to do this but it usually happens much sooner than that.

  • Yes. You will still have access to the files on your computer. And there are lots of content where no printer is needed: blogs, podcasts, and videos.

  • Parents with children between the age of 2 and 12 years old; and homeschoolers with children between the ages of 4 and 12 years old.

  • No. You have unlimited access to all subscription content.
